Time Sheet is designed to help users track work shifts, jobs, pay rates, breaks, overtime, notes, estimated pay, and related work log information.

This information is used to provide the App’s core time tracking, pay estimate, backup, restore, and sync features.
The App stores work log information on your device so that you can view, edit, and manage your time sheet records.
If you use backup or restore features, the App may access files that you select, create backup files, or import backup files. These actions are controlled by you.
The App may include optional account or cloud sync features. If you choose to sign in or use cloud sync, the App may transmit your account information and time sheet data to a cloud service so your data can be backed up, restored, or synchronized.

If you do not use cloud sync or sign-in features, your work log data is intended to remain on your device except when you choose to export, share, back up, or restore files.
The App may allow you to create, save, import, restore, or share backup files. These files may contain your time sheet records, job information, pay settings, notes, and related App data.
You are responsible for where you save or share backup files. If you choose to share a backup file with another app, cloud storage provider, email service, messaging app, or other third party, that third party’s privacy policy and terms may apply.
The App may request biometric or fingerprint-related permissions on supported devices. Biometric authentication, when used, is handled by your device’s operating system.
We do not receive, collect, store, or transmit your fingerprint, face, or other biometric data. The App may only receive a success or failure result from the device authentication system.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the App. Information transmitted for account or cloud sync features should be sent using secure connections where supported.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You should protect your device, account credentials, and backup files.
Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or delete backup files you created.
If you use cloud sync or account features, synced data may remain stored in the cloud service until you delete it, request deletion, or your account/sync data is removed according to our data retention practices.

Time Sheet is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The App may use third-party services or platform components for functions such as authentication, cloud hosting, file handling, secure storage, or app framework functionality.
If you use third-party services through the App, such as external file sharing, cloud storage, or sign-in providers, those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
